When a pledge payment comes in for a specific Pledge Invoice, it must be associated to the correct payment schedule. As there were multiple open schedules for a single invoice, logic is required to ensure that the payment closes the oldest open schedule and updates the necessary fields on the schedule. This ensured that client aging reports were accurate and that all pledge donations are accounted for correctly.

When the Payment is created in the system via an integration with NetSuite, an automation is triggered and updates the pledge payment schedule, updating the oldest and reducing the due amount.

Clothing Stores | Retail Sector

Client wanted to rebuild the Bill payment page to suit their needs, so they can add some restrictions on the accounts depending on the location selected and restrict the bills to the applicable ones in the location selected.

Solution: Created a new Bill Payments Page with a custom interface that contained all the functionality of the old Bill payments page, but with the added requirements on top.

Client required a customization to create and update sales orders and credit memos for the sale of volume-based service items when job information was transmitted from their internal software to NetSuite.

An integration was developed to fetch the job's order volume, services to be billed, contractual billing rates and discounted billing rates, and with that information sales orders and credit memos got created and updated.
